Learn About Cancellation at Newbury Guest House

Our cancellation policy is more flexible for guests booking direct with the hotel. Guests have the ability to cancel up to 3 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancelations within the 3 day booking window are subject to a one night penalty.

Guest booking through an online travel site or with a travel agent can cancel reservations with no penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 14 day booking window is subject to a one night penalty.

A No-Show cancellation fee equivalent to the entire amount of the stay (room and tax inclusive) will be charged if the guest does not arrive on scheduled day of arrival.
