Local Museums and Tours:

In the Spring:
With the magnolia trees in full bloom, stroll along Commonwealth Avenue and bask in the beauty of springtime. If being outdoors is a little too nippy, you can continue to admire spring blooms in the enclosed gardens of one of Boston's most romantic spots, the
Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Then enjoy a tête-à-tête at the intimate Museum Café.

In the Summer:
Enjoy a romantic promenade down Newbury Street to ride the
Swan Boats in the Boston Public Garden, or enjoy a gondola ride along the Charles River, followed by a picnic on the Charles River Esplanade.

In the Fall:
New England is famous for its fall foliage. Take a scenic drive to Concord and enjoy resplendent colors, unparalleled in the world. Along the way, stop at a local farm for apple picking or a warm mug of cider.

In the Winter:
Stroll down Newbury Street, past shop windows beautifully decorated for the holidays. Arrive at your destination, the
Boston Common Frog Pond where you strap on your ice skates, and glide across the ice under sparkling holiday lights. Head across Beacon Street to Cheers at the Hampshire House for a steaming hot Irish coffee.

Any season:

  • Visit the antique stores along Charles Street, and explore the brick and cobblestone side streets that house the discreet Boston Brahmins. Dine at one of the many cozy restaurants on Beacon Hill such as the Hungry I or Lala Rokh.
  • Set sail on a sunset dinner cruise in the Boston Harbor.
  • For a dramatic view of Boston by night from one of the tallest buildings in Boston, gaze upon sparkling city lights from the Top of the Hub. Spend the evening sipping cocktails, lingering over dinner, and listening to jazz at this classic landmark.
